Dr Lia Ahonen is an Assistant Professor of Psychiatry at the University of Pittsburgh and an expert on the life course development of serious delinquency and evidence-based practice for young people with severe behavioral problems and delinquency. She is also interested in organizational development and has extensive experience with treatment organizations and program development.
